First Setup
Hubrix uses invite-only sign-up. You cannot self-register — you need an email invitation from a workspace admin or from Hubrix directly.

Step 1: Accept your invitation
- Check your inbox for an email with subject "You've been invited to Hubrix".
- Click Accept invitation in the email body. The link is valid for 7 days.
- You land on the set-password screen. Choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters).
- Click Create account.
If you don't see the invitation email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Ask your admin to resend if the link has expired.
Step 2: Complete your profile
After creating your account you are prompted to complete your profile:
- Display name — shown to teammates in comments, @mentions, and the member directory.
- Avatar — upload a photo or leave the default initials avatar.
- Role/title — optional but helpful for teammates.
Click Save and continue to proceed to the dashboard.
Step 3: Explore the dashboard
The dashboard is your starting point. The left sidebar contains the main navigation:
| Section | What it does |
|---|---|
| Smart Chat | Start a conversation with any AI model |
| Agents | Browse, create, and manage Custom Agents |
| Workflows | Build and run automated multi-step pipelines |
| Research | Start a Deep Research report |
| Documents | Your shared document library |
| Bulk | Run AI operations over CSV files |
| Workspace | Activity feed, comments, notifications |
| Settings | Profile, security, billing, integrations |
The Activity Feed on the dashboard homepage shows recent actions by you and your team — agents created, research completed, workflows run.
Step 4: Connect a model (admin only)
If you are a workspace admin, go to Settings → Admin → Models to configure which AI models are available to your team and set any per-model usage limits.
Regular members can skip this step — your admin will have configured models before inviting you.
What's next
- Invite your team members if you are an admin
- Create your first agent to see what Custom Agents can do
- Build your first workflow to automate a repetitive task
