Workspace

The Workspace section is where your team connects around the work happening in Hubrix. It is not a separate product area — it is the layer that makes the rest of Hubrix collaborative. Every agent created, workflow run, research report, and bulk job shows up here.

Activity feed

The activity feed is a chronological list of everything your team has done in Hubrix. It shows:

  • Agents created, updated, or shared
  • Workflows built, run, or scheduled
  • Research reports completed
  • Bulk jobs started or completed
  • Documents uploaded
  • Comments posted

Use the type filter (All / Agents / Workflows / Research / Bulk / Documents) to narrow the feed to the activity you care about.

The feed is a great way to stay aware of what colleagues are building, catch recently completed research before you start your own, and see which workflows ran overnight.

Comments

You can comment on any item — an agent, a workflow, a research report, or a bulk job — directly from its detail page. Use @mentions to bring specific teammates into a conversation.

See Comments and Mentions for details.

Notifications

The bell icon in the top bar shows your unread notification count. Notifications are delivered in real time via SSE. Types include: @mentions in comments, items shared with you, and completed research or bulk jobs.

See Notifications for details.

Sharing

Share any item with specific teammates as a viewer or editor. Shared items appear in the recipient's sidebar with a "Shared with me" badge.

See Sharing Items for details.

Member directory

The member directory (accessible from the Workspace section) lists all users in your workspace with their name, role, and last-active status. Use it to look up teammates when @mentioning someone or managing sharing permissions.

The activity feed only shows activity from people in your workspace. External collaborators who are not Hubrix members do not appear in the feed, even if you have shared items with them.
