Invite Your Team

Only workspace admins can send invitations. If you are a regular member who wants to invite someone, ask your admin.

Send an invitation

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Invitations.
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter the invitee's email address.
  4. Choose their role:
    • Member — can use all features but cannot manage team settings or invite others.
    • Admin — full access including team settings, user management, and billing.
  5. Click Send invite.

The invitee receives an email with a unique invite link. The link expires after 7 days. You can resend it from the Invitations list if needed.

If you prefer to share the link yourself (for example, in a Slack message), click the Copy link icon next to any pending invitation. The link is the same one sent by email.

Invite links are single-use. Once someone creates an account with the link, it cannot be reused. If you share the link in a group channel, only the first person to click it can use it.

What the invitee sees

When the invitee clicks the link they land on a sign-up page that:

  • Confirms which workspace they are joining
  • Asks them to set a password
  • Lets them complete their profile (display name and optional avatar)

They are added to the workspace immediately after completing sign-up.

Bulk inviting

There is no CSV bulk-invite feature yet. For inviting several people at once, the fastest approach is:

  1. Open the Invite member dialog.
  2. Send the first invite, then click Invite another (the dialog stays open) to continue without closing.
  3. Alternatively, copy each invite link and send them all in a single message to your team.

The Invitations tab shows a status column for each invite: Pending (not yet accepted), Accepted, or Expired. You can resend expired invitations in one click.

Managing existing members

Once a member has joined, you can change their role or remove them from the workspace in Settings → Admin → Members. Removing a member revokes all their active sessions immediately.
