Comments and Mentions

Comments let you and your team discuss any item in Hubrix without leaving the platform. You can comment on agents, workflows, research reports, and bulk jobs.

Adding a comment

  1. Open the item you want to comment on (an agent, workflow, research report, or bulk job).
  2. Click the Comments icon (speech bubble) in the item's header or sidebar.
  3. The comments panel slides open.
  4. Type your comment in the input field at the bottom of the panel.
  5. Press Enter or click Post.

Your comment appears immediately and is visible to everyone who has access to the item.

@mentions

To notify a specific teammate about a comment, type @ followed by the start of their name or email. An autocomplete dropdown appears as you type — select the right person from the list.

When you mention someone:

  • They receive a notification (bell icon in the top bar)
  • The notification contains a link directly to the comment thread

Autocomplete searches by both display name and email prefix. If you type @sam, it will match teammates named Sam as well as anyone whose email starts with sam.

Replying to comments

Click Reply under any comment to add a threaded reply. Replies appear indented under the parent comment, keeping the conversation organised.

Resolving threads

Once a discussion is concluded, click Resolve on the parent comment. Resolved threads collapse and are hidden by default. You can show them again by clicking Show resolved at the top of the comments panel.

Resolving a thread does not delete it — the history is preserved and searchable.

Editing and deleting comments

You can edit or delete your own comments. Click the ... menu on any comment you authored to see these options.

Admins can delete any comment in the workspace.

Deleting a comment that has replies will remove only the top-level comment content — it will be replaced with "[Comment deleted]". Replies are preserved to maintain thread context.

Notifications from mentions

When someone @mentions you, the notification appears in the bell icon in the top bar within seconds (delivered via SSE). Click the notification to jump directly to the comment thread.

See Notifications for how to manage your notification settings.
