GDPR Rights
Hubrix is committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This article explains how to exercise your two primary data rights: data portability and erasure.

Data export (Article 20 — Right to data portability)
You have the right to receive a copy of all personal data Hubrix holds about you.
How to request your data export
- Go to Settings → Privacy.
- Click Request data export.
- Confirm the request.
You will receive an email notification when your export is ready — typically within 24 hours. The email contains a secure download link to a ZIP file.
What the export includes
The ZIP file contains your personal data in machine-readable formats (JSON and CSV):
- Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
- All conversations from Smart Chat
- All agents you own
- All workflows you own
- All research reports you created
- All bulk processing jobs you created
- All documents you uploaded
- Your account settings and preferences
- Your recent sign-in history
The export covers data you own. Items shared with you by teammates are not included — those are owned by your teammates and are included in their own exports.
Account deletion (Article 17 — Right to erasure)
You have the right to have your personal data deleted from Hubrix's systems.
How to delete your account
- Go to Settings → Privacy.
- Click Delete account.
- Read the consequences listed on the confirmation screen.
- Type your email address to confirm, then click Delete my account.
Grace period
After requesting deletion, there is a 7-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion by signing back in and clicking Cancel deletion in the notification banner.
After 7 days, the deletion is irreversible:
- Your account is deactivated immediately
- All your personal data is scheduled for permanent deletion
- All data is purged from Hubrix servers within 30 days
Deleting your account also removes all agents, workflows, and documents you own. Teammates who had access to your items will lose that access. Consider transferring ownership of important shared items before deleting.
What happens to shared items
If teammates were using agents or workflows you created, those items are deleted along with your account. The content is not transferred to teammates automatically. If you want your team to keep using a specific agent or workflow, ask an admin to duplicate it under another owner's account before you delete yours.
