Troubleshooting
Something not working? This section covers the most common issues and how to resolve them yourself before reaching out to support.

How to self-diagnose
Most issues in Hubrix fall into one of these categories:
| Category | Common symptoms |
|---|---|
| Login issues | Can't sign in, invite not received, MFA problems |
| Connector problems | Red error badge, files not appearing, sync stuck |
| RAG not working | Agent ignores documents, no results from RAG Query step |
| Workflow errors | Run fails, step shows an error, unexpected output |
| Performance / credits | Operations blocked, slow responses, unexpected costs |
General debugging tips
Before diving into a specific article, try these steps first:
- Refresh the page — some UI glitches resolve with a fresh load.
- Check the status of the specific item — for documents, look at the status badge (Indexed, Processing, Failed). For workflow runs, check the step timeline for the error message.
- Look at the error message — Hubrix shows specific error messages for most failures. The exact text is usually enough to identify the issue.
- Try a different model — if a specific AI model is unavailable or returning errors, try switching to another model in the chat or workflow step settings.
If you cannot resolve an issue after checking this documentation, contact support@hubrix.ai. Include a description of what you tried, any error messages you saw, and the item's ID (shown in the URL) so the support team can investigate quickly.
