Sharing, Export & Memory

Once a board has done its work, you can take the result out of Hubrix, share it, and reuse the setup.

Export as Markdown

Choose Export on a session to download a Markdown report of the whole session — the goal, the agent panel, every checkpoint, the decisions, the risks and scenarios. It's a self-contained record you can paste into a doc, a wiki, or a ticket.

Choose Share to create a shareable link to the session. The link opens a read-only summary that anyone can view without a Hubrix account — useful for showing the board's conclusions to a stakeholder.

  • Give each link an optional label.
  • Links expire after a set period (30 days by default).
  • You can list and revoke a session's links at any time.

A share link exposes the session's contents to anyone who has the URL until it expires or you revoke it. Only share boards whose contents are safe to show externally, and revoke a link as soon as it's no longer needed.

Reusing a board with presets

If you run similar boards repeatedly, save a session as a preset and apply it to a new goal later. The preset captures the board's setup so you don't have to design it again. Manage presets from the Orchestrator home page.

Cross-session memory

As you run sessions, Hubrix builds a memory of recurring insights, risks, and decisions across your boards. New sessions can draw on this memory so the board doesn't re-learn the same lessons each time. You can review memories from the Memory panel, pin the important ones, and tag them.

Analytics

The Analytics view aggregates your boards into company-level stats — how many sessions you've run, the risks and decisions they produced, credits used, and trends over time — so you can see how the Advisory Board is being used across your team.

Voice briefing

For a quick catch-up, a checkpoint can be played back as a voice briefing — Hubrix reads the summary aloud using its text-to-speech voice.
