Single Sign-On (SSO)
SSO lets you sign in to Hubrix with your existing Google or Microsoft account — no separate Hubrix password required. Once linked, you can click "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Microsoft" on the sign-in page instead of typing your email and password.

Connecting your Google account
- Go to Settings → Security → Connected accounts.
- Click Connect next to Google.
- You are redirected to Google's sign-in page. Select the Google account you want to link.
- Review the permissions (Hubrix requests only your email and basic profile — no Drive access from SSO) and click Allow.
- You are redirected back to Hubrix. Your Google account is now linked.
Connecting your Microsoft account
- Go to Settings → Security → Connected accounts.
- Click Connect next to Microsoft.
- You are redirected to Microsoft's sign-in page. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Review the permissions and click Accept.
- Your Microsoft account is now linked.
Signing in with SSO
On the Hubrix sign-in page, click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft. You are signed in immediately if the linked account matches your Hubrix account.
SSO sign-in is faster, but the sign-in page still shows the email/password form. SSO is just an alternative — both methods work simultaneously.
Unlinking a connected account
You can unlink a connected account from Settings → Security → Connected accounts → Disconnect.
Important: Before you can unlink a connected account, you must have a Hubrix password set. If you signed up via Google and have never set a password, go to Settings → Security → Change password and set one first. Otherwise, disconnecting Google would leave you with no way to sign in.
If you change your Google or Microsoft email address, the SSO link will break. You will need to disconnect the old linked account and connect the new one.
Security considerations
Linking a social account means that anyone who can sign in to your Google or Microsoft account can also sign in to Hubrix. Protect your Google/Microsoft account with a strong password and MFA (ideally on both that account and on Hubrix directly).
