Notifications
Hubrix notifies you in real time when things that need your attention happen — someone mentions you, shares an item with you, or a long-running job finishes.

The bell icon
The bell icon in the top navigation bar is your notification hub. A red badge shows the number of unread notifications. Click the bell to open the notification dropdown.
Notification types
| Type | When it triggers |
|---|---|
| @mention | Someone tags you in a comment on any item |
| Item shared | A teammate shares an agent, workflow, report, or bulk job with you |
| Research completed | A Deep Research report you started has finished generating |
| Bulk job completed | A bulk processing job you started has finished |
| Workflow run failed | A scheduled or manually triggered workflow run you own has failed |
Real-time delivery
Notifications are delivered via Server-Sent Events (SSE). This means you do not need to refresh the page — new notifications appear in the bell dropdown within seconds of the triggering event.
SSE notifications work as long as you have the Hubrix tab open in your browser. If you close the tab, notifications are still stored on the server and will appear the next time you open Hubrix.
Marking notifications as read
There are two ways to mark notifications as read:
- Individual: Click any notification in the dropdown to open the related item. The notification is marked as read automatically.
- All at once: Click Mark all as read at the top of the notifications dropdown.
Unread notifications affect the red badge count on the bell icon. Once all notifications are read, the badge disappears.
Notification history
The notifications dropdown shows your most recent notifications. Older notifications fall off the list after 30 days. There is currently no dedicated "all notifications" page — the dropdown is the primary interface.
There are no email notification options in the current version of Hubrix. All notifications are delivered in-app via the bell icon only. Email digests are planned for a future release.
